Alpana Station

Alpana Station is perfectly situated in the heart of the Flinders Ranges so you can enjoy the best that is on offer. Alpana is a working Merino sheep property that has been in the Henery family for six generations since 1878 and opened up to tourism in the 1990s. The property is very scenic and includes some of the majestic Heysen, ABC and Trezona Ranges, gum-lined creeks, pine filled valleys, natural springs and hidden geological gems. Alpana is a haven for birds and wildlife with a good diversity of plant life and wildflowers in the winter and spring. Alpana offers a range of accommodation from camping to Ensuite powered sites to self-contained shearers quarters and bush retreat hut.
