Welcome to Lune, a bakery that is purpose built for croissants.
Making a great croissant takes patience and time. It demands commitment to a high level of detail. It requires physical hard work. Refinement, improvement and innovation must be at the forefront of ones mind constantly, to push a baker to never accept complacency, and strive always for a better product.
At Lune, we focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients, and then treating those ingredients with the utmost respect, producing each pastry with the core philosophy of “attention to detail at every single stage in the croissant making process”.
We like to experiment with the boundaries of what is possible. Lune is not a shop, and not a factory. It is a space to find inspiration in, for ourselves and for customers alike.
