Robinsons in the City

Robinsons in the City is Melbourne's smallest boutique property. The building was Melbourne's earliest commercial bakery (circa 1850) and the large, wood fired, brick bakery ovens are a grand feature of the Bakehouse breakfast room. Each guestroom is individually furnished and has it's own private modern bathroom facilities. Four of the rooms are in the baker's original home featuring; 12 foot high ceilings, pressed tin ceiling, ornate timber staircase and enchanting furnishings. Located on the edge of the CBD, Robinsons is a short stroll to the main city shopping precinct, Southbank & Crown Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Aquarium, Melbourne Observation Deck, Docklands (New Quay), Telstra Dome and all of Melbourne's transport links - The Southern Cross Station, Interstate Bus Terminal, Skybus (Airport Shuttle Service) Terminal and the free City Circle Tram. We are close enough to the action, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The Robinsons In The City is a Tourist hotel.
