“Vibrant, Dynamic, Beautiful and Thriving!”
“Downtown Greenville is vibrant, dynamic, beautiful and thriving,” said Steve Frabitore, owner of Tupelo Honey Cafe, “and when the Hughes Project Management team approached us about having a location at The ONE Project, we knew the site would be ideal. We’re incredibly excited to be a part of downtown Greenville.” "We are incredibly excited for Tupelo Honey to open its first South Carolina location at ONE. THC fits perfectly with our leasing strategy of finding high quality, game changing tenants to supplement Greenville's growing downtown,” said Bob Hughes, President of Hughes Development Corporation. The restaurant has approximately 140 seats and features Tupelo Honey’s signature performance/display kitchen, a full bar and outdoor patio seating. The beautiful Piazza Bergamo, which is undergoing a $3 million renovation by way of land planner Civitas’ and complemented by 4240 Architecture, will flank the front of the restaurant, running to Laurens Street, and provide tranquil green space with unique water features as an idyllic setting for dining. The exciting new development is also the new headquarters branch for CertusBank, office and residential spaces and other restaurants and retailers, including Anthropologie, which will be Tupelo Honey Cafe’s next-door neighbor.
